Policies- Domestic Orders: We are able to ship to street addresses and P.O. Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct before submitting your order. We will not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 1-2 days.



Policies- International Orders: The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check with the regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. The exact amount of the sale is reported on the customs form.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs. The purchaser will be charged the shipping fee if the package is returned to us.

If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.

Items Not In Stock We strive to have all our products available for immediate shipment. In rare instances, due to popularity and high demand for our products and limited availability of certain herbs we use, products may be on back order. We will advise you if this situation occurs. If it affects only a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the rest as a back-order, to be shipped immediately at no charge when available.
