
A favorite the whole family will enjoy.
-  1 lb. small red potatoes 
 -  1/2 cup water 
 -  1/4 tsp. salt 
 -  3 tsp. melted margarine 
 -  Optional: 1 Tbs. chopped chives 
 -  1/2 tsp. dill weed 
 -  Pepper 
 
Peel a thin strip around center of each potato, or cut into quarters. Place in pan with water and salt. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes until tender. 
Just before potatoes are done, melt margarine. Optional: Add chives and dill. Season with pepper to taste. Pour over cooked potatoes and toss gently. 
Serves 4, with 129 calories, 3 grams of fat per serving.
